It is possible for her to be affected by caffeine although it's not common
My nine month old started regressing recently
Going from sleeping 12 hours straight to waking up 5 times a night
Believe you me, I wish it were the caffeine I drink.
But I've had caffeine ever since I've had her
Try eliminating the caffeine and see if that helps
If it doesn't help, it wasn't the caffeine
Could you have had some hidden dairy somewhere

Sleep schedules change a lot in that first year (and even through the 2nd year). It's possible that the caffeine is affecting her although that can vary from baby to baby. It's also possible that she's teething.
It's most likely, IMO, that she's simply going through some developmental changes (mental, emotional, or physical) that are affecting her sleep. You'll notice it again and again as she learns to roll over, crawl, and walk. The problem is that you can't always "see" the mental and emotional changes that are taking place, so there's no way to know for sure what's going on.
All you can do is try to continue to get her as much sleep as possible, and hang in there. Do whatever works for her, you, and your family to maximize that sleep! For us, it meant taking baby to bed with me after s/he woke the first time. For others, it means letting Daddy offer a late-night bottle occasionally to allow mom a couple hours of extra sleep. You also may want to try playing some soft music or white noise in her room to help her stay asleep. Or move her crib next to your bed so that she can see you if she wakes up.
Good luck to you!

Baby's with colic are more sensitive and you better bet they are affected by caffeine - caffeine affects you right? What woulds make you think it woudn't affect her little system? Everything you put in your system affects her. Do you both a favor and drop the caffeine for a while and see the difference in her!
